Before founding his own firm, Charles held the role of SVP at Brandywine Realty Trust, where he played a senior role in underwriting and managing real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes. His experience in institutional real estate investment, urban redevelopment, joint venture equity structures, and ESG-focused capital deployment.
